Siegware Architectural Innovations recently welcomed industry professionals, partners and guests to Siegware Seminar 2026, a two-day event bringing together leading voices from across the window, door and building industries.
Held on 20 and 21 August 2026, the seminar began at Novotel Preston with a full day of presentations and industry discussions before moving to Siegware’s new warehouse in Ballan on day two for an exclusive warehouse tour and hands-on experience.
A Day of Industry Knowledge & Insights
The first day brought together industry specialists to explore key developments shaping the future of window and door systems, from building performance and compliance to manufacturing, technology and global supply chains.
A highlight was Ralf Diller, Divisional Managing Director of SIEGENIA, who travelled from Germany to share insights on innovation in window and door solutions. Ralf also presented Siegware with an appreciation certificate recognising our long-standing partnership with SIEGENIA.
Other key discussions covered thermal efficiency, sealing solutions, window compliance, sustainability and the growing uPVC market, alongside automation, digital manufacturing and fabrication efficiency. SGL Global Logistics also explored the changing realities of global supply chains and the importance of resilience and diversification.
The seminar was also joined by Clinton Skeoch, Executive Director/CEO of AGWA, adding valuable industry perspective to the day.
From Learning to Experience
The second day moved from presentations to experience, with attendees visiting Siegware’s new warehouse in Ballan.
The warehouse tour provided an opportunity to see Siegware’s expanded local operations and product stockholding firsthand, reinforcing the company’s commitment to improving availability, fulfilment and support for customers across Australia and New Zealand. The new facility forms part of Siegware’s broader expansion and investment in supporting architects, builders and fabricators.
More than a series of presentations, Siegware Seminar 2026 was an opportunity to share knowledge, explore new ideas and strengthen connections across the industry.
From building performance and compliance to automation, sustainable manufacturing and supply-chain resilience, the two-day event highlighted the many changes influencing the future of Australia’s window and door industry.
